Here are some variables on how to choose the right furnace from us:

Temperature Of Furnaces 

The required working temperature determines the choice of the furnace.
If you need to be working at a temperature of 1100 Celsius, choose a furnace that reaches up to 1200 Celsius. If working at 1400 Celsius, choose a furnace with a maximum temperature of 1500 Celsius. If you need to operate at 1600 Celsius, choose a furnace that reaches 1700 Celsius.
You can work with the furnace at its maximum temperature for short periods of time, working at the maximum temperature. For a long period of time, it will shorten the life of the heating elements.

Heating Elements For Furnaces

The incinerators differ from each other in their heating elements, in their thermal insulation, and the way they are held in insulation.
Incinerators up to 1200 Celsius are constructed of spiral heating elements threaded or cast in thermal insulation. They are threaded from the right and left ear. Stoves up to 1600 Celsius are built of heating elements in the shape of SILICONE CARBIDE rods, they are threaded horizontally from end to end.
Furnaces up to 1800 Celsius are built from heating elements of MOLIBDINUM DICILICIDE. They are threaded from the ceiling vertically close to the sides.
